Marucci's bats were the most used in the MLB, with more than 40% of players. In 2020, the company was acquired by investment firm Compass, Inc.

Current Employee - Warehouse Associate says

"#1 if you are a warehouse employee you cannot even walk near any of the has been minor or major leagues who currently work there to even get a drink or a coffee you have to walk down the street in another warehouse because they complain to the higher ups you are visible in the place to them, like we are not worthy of working near them, they couldn't even make it in the pros, people there act like snobs and only because of law suits do they now let minorities, lesbians, gays or any other person that isn't the "All American Looking person" work there, they had to start allowing it, #2 no one talks to each other at the job, unless you are high level, it is a very very miserable place to work, I was excited about working at Marucci until I actually did, I prefer my happiness over misery and dreading going to work daily. I have never worked with such snobby, cry babies, you would think it was the Cubs we work for! They hardly have any business until Christmas time, they have very slow sales, I wonder why?? HA"

"Leadership was nonexistent. Guidance was never really clear for how they wanted to get anything done. Very much a figure it out and get it done attitude that works sometimes but not very efficient. Not much off time."

Warranty/ Replenishment (Current Employee) says

"Arrive at work early in the morning and start on my warranty repairs. After my warranty are done then I start picking orders that are placed from the day before or some of the ones that may have been back-ordered. When the mail is received I give it to the appropriate people. I replenish the items that have been depleted from picking that day or from the days before. Load the UPS truck with all the orders that were picked that day and are ready to ship. I have learned how to work NAV operating system and continue to learn more every day. I think my co-workers are very hard-working and deserve more credit than they receive. They have very well thought out ideas and are highly motivated individuals that grind everyday to make this company reach its goals. The hardest part of my job is having to wait on others in order for me to process my SROs and warranty items. The most enjoyable part of my day is when the warehouse is organized and all my work is complete and processed.Free gym and batting cageHealthcare and no chance for overtime"
